Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL is seeking a Patient Services Data Analyst to support nursing and patient services leadership through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring. This role partners closely with the nursing leadership to provide analytic support for strategic initiatives, care model transformations, and nursing workflow integration across the health system.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field with 4 years of data analysis experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of data analysis experience.
Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Must live in or relocate to FL.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and performance opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for nursing and patient services leaders.
Support system-wide projects and operational initiatives with data-driven insights.
Source, validate, and organize data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
Monitor quality, operational, and regulatory performance measures.
Collaborate with nursing, operational, and technical teams to support workflow integration and process improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
