Job summary

The position requires 1 year of SQL experience, 2+ years in data analysis in healthcare, and experience with data warehouses and BI platforms. Hybrid schedule, full-time exempt status, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of Data Analysis, Database Management, or related experience; or Associate’s degree plus 4 years; or HS graduate plus 7 years.
• At least 1 year of SQL experience.
• 1 year of healthcare setting experience using data analyst methods.
• Experience with data warehouses, business analytics platforms, and database platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support analytics and reporting to meet business data decision needs.
• Use BI technology to create interactive dashboards and analyze data for reporting views.
• Create and maintain analytic plans and specifications for analyses.
• Review report content and consolidate or transform data into interactive dashboards.
• Work with large data sets to transform data into dashboards and interpret results.
• Write queries and translate data into dashboards, PPT, or reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
