Mass General Brigham Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) seeks an experienced Data Analyst II to join a high‑performing analytics team focused on healthcare data, reporting, and clinical data product development. You enjoy solving complex problems, turning data into actionable insights, and partnering with stakeholders across a large healthcare system.

Reporting to the HRO Analytics Manager, you will support a cross‑functional team responsible for developing clinical data products across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in analysis or a related field required.
2–3 years of experience working with data; healthcare data experience preferred.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and BI tools such as Tableau.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical/communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and report data to support daily operations, strategic planning, and business performance decisions.
Collate, model, interpret, and analyze healthcare and operational data.
Identify trends, explain variances, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations with analytics engineers and visualization developers.
Create clear data product definitions and documentation.
Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy, reliability, trustworthiness, and validity of work.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and support strategic objectives.
