Mass General Brigham Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) is seeking an experienced Data Analyst II to join a high‑performing analytics team focused on healthcare data, reporting, and clinical data product development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, translating data into actionable insights, and partnering with stakeholders across a large healthcare system.
Reporting to the High Reliability Organization (HRO) Analytics Manager, the Data Analyst II will support a cross‑functional team responsible for developing clinical data products across areas such as Quality, Safety, Health Equity, Community Health, Patient Experience, Provider Wellbeing, Credentialing, Pharmacy, and Formulary.
Working Conditions Hybrid schedule with onsite work required; candidates should be flexible based on weekly or monthly business needs. Remote workdays require a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams video is required and must be accessed using Mass General Brigham‑provided equipment.
