Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Managed care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare utilization to identify patterns, variation, and outliers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce medical costs within markets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of medical cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop tools to compare market performance across products.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve network provider performance.
• Monitor the efficiency and efficacy of clinical programs, interventions and processes.
• Support ad-hoc analytics requests across departments.
• Identify cohorts and methodologies to inform targeted programs.
• Conduct longitudinal trend analyses and clustering to gain insights.
• Perform root-cause analyses of adverse population health outcomes.
