Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst to translate business needs into data science, analytics and reporting solutions for our East Florida market. You will work with customers to understand opportunities and coordinate delivery with Strategic Intelligence Developers and Engineers.

Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or MHA is preferred. Two years of hospital or multi-facility healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA preferred.
• Two years of hospital and/or multi-facility healthcare management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, translate and coordinate the delivery of Data Science, Analytics and Reporting solutions to key business units and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Strategic Intelligence Developers and Engineers to deliver solutions that support strategy and execution.
• Support front-end understanding, translation and capture of requirements as well as back-end deployment and customer support.
