Job summary

HCA Florida East Florida is seeking a Business Analyst to identify, translate, and coordinate Data Science, Analytics and Reporting solutions for key business units. You will work directly with customers to understand needs and opportunities, and collaborate with Strategic Intelligence Developers and Engineers to deliver effective solutions.

You will support both front-end requirements and back-end deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• Two years hospital and/or multi-facility management experience in healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, translate and coordinate the delivery of Data Science, Analytics and Reporting solutions to key business units and stakeholders.
• Work directly with customers to understand customer needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategic Intelligence Developers and Engineers to deliver solutions supporting strategy and execution.
• Support front-end understanding, translation and capture of requirements as well as back-end deployment and customer support.
