Job summary

The RMOCC Data Analyst (East/West Liaison) at University of Kentucky supports collection, validation, analysis, and communication of regional healthcare and EMS data. The East regional liaison will align with UK, and the West liaison with UofL under a consistent RMOCC operating model.

The analyst translates data into timely, decision-relevant information for RMOCC leadership and regional partners, develops dashboards and reports, and monitors Pulsara utilization and transfer coordination to

Qualifications

Experience building dashboards and automated reporting workflows using Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
Background in EMS, emergency response, or healthcare operations.
Familiarity with EHRs/PHI compliance and healthcare data systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville as part of the RMOCC operating model.
Translate operational data into timely, decision-relevant information for RMOCC leadership and regional partners.
Support dashboards and recurring reports across regions.
Monitor Pulsara utilization and transfer coordination data to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide data and situational awareness support during activations within the command structure.
