Job summary

WebTPA is seeking a Data Analyst to manage data, BI efforts, and reporting improvements. The role focuses on reporting data management, evaluating and implementing impactful solutions, and supporting vendors and clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. On-site position in Irving, TX with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical, data-driven role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering/Math/CS/MIS or equivalent
• Strong SQL and data-warehousing knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Able to communicate with vendors and clients
• Translate business needs into data solutions using data and technology
• Autonomous and collaborative team member
• Strong time and project management skills
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
• Experience with healthcare data is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely reports to internal and external clients using technology.
• Assist with problem solving related to day-to-day processes of the reporting & analytics team and long-term initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and weaknesses in reporting processes and lead implementation of solutions.
• Design, develop and refine proprietary software to support reporting & analytics needs.
• Assist in developing data warehouses and data marts for the team.
• Build reporting processes to assist internal and external clients.
• Apply out-of-the-box solutions to business issues and long-term initiatives.
• Construct data exports and provide expert support for external vendor initiatives.
• Create ad-hoc data imports and support various initiatives.
