Job summary

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking a Data Analyst in Irving, Texas to manage data, BI, and reporting processes. You will generate timely reports, solve daily workflow issues, and lead improvements across reporting activities within a collaborative team.

The role focuses on designing and refining proprietary software, developing data warehouse components, and delivering actionable insights for internal and external clients with strong communication to vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical, data-driven role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Math, CS, MIS or related equivalent work experience.
• Strong SQL writing skills and data-warehousing knowledge.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and clients.
• Able to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely reports for internal and external clients.
• Assist with problem solving in reporting & analytics day-to-day processes.
• Identify weaknesses in reporting processes and implement solutions.
• Design, develop and refine software to support analytics needs.
• Assist in developing data warehouse & data marts.
• Build reporting processes for clients and internal teams.
• Apply innovative solutions to business challenges and initiatives.
• Create data exports and support external vendor initiatives.
• Create ad-hoc data imports and support various initiatives.
