Job summary

WebTPA, based in Irving, TX, seeks a Data Analyst to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. The role focuses on data management, BI support, and improvements to reporting processes, including involvement in data warehouse and data marts development for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include generating reports, solving day-to-day workflow issues, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with vendors and clients to deliver data-driven solutions. Onsite position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical, data-driven roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely reports for internal and external clients.
• Support reporting and analytics workflows and strategic company initiatives.
• Identify weaknesses in existing reporting processes and lead improvements.
• Design, develop, and refine proprietary software to address reporting and analytics needs.
• Assist in developing data warehouses and data marts for reporting and analytics support.
• Build reporting processes that support internal and external clients.
• Create data exports and support external vendor initiatives.
• Create ad-hoc data imports and support various company initiatives.
