As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data-driven foundation of our precision medicine initiatives. Your expertise in data analytics and healthcare claims data will help drive the development of innovative solutions that enable personalized healthcare, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Specific job responsibilities include:

• Data Cleaning: Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of complex clinical, genetic, and claims data; including data preprocessing, feature extraction, and predictive modeling.
• Data Quality: Review and confirm analyses are accurate and complete.
• Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices when handling sensitive healthcare data.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest data science and analytics developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science / Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science)
• 5+ years of professional experience working with healthcare claims data
• Experience with medical records is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Strong knowledge of data normalization techniques and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners (including occasional video calls with clients and prospects to review performed data analyses)
