Qualifications

• Experience with large healthcare datasets and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration, cleaning, and quality checks of new/updated data.
• Incorporate new data into Core and prepare data for storage/research.
• Provide supervisory support to analytical staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand Core data services.
• Establish data governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.
• Create data cuts and assist with data prep for faculty and students.
• Develop guidance on best practices for Core data usage and computing resources.
• Lead training and research support for users of Core data.
