Qualifications

• Requires advanced principles and theory in health informatics and data analysis.
• Minimum three years of directly job-related experience.
• Certification/licensing in HIPAA or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs rigorous statistical analyses to inform study design and interpretation.
• Collects, cleans, and organizes clinical and SDOH data from multiple sources using SAS and other software.
• Collaborates with IT to maintain HIPAA-compliant data environments and pipelines for Level-1 data.
• Develops workflows for integrating clinical metrics and social data; maintains metadata and documentation.
• Generates validated reports and Power BI dashboards for investigators and leadership.
• Oversees access logs, user compliance, and certifications (HIPAA, CITI, GCP); ensures IRB adherence.
• Mentors junior staff in data analytics, compliance, and health informatics best practices.
