The role requires 8+ years in healthcare contact center sales, proficiency with ABM, and a track record of closing large deals.

Qualifications

8+ years experience selling to healthcare verticals in contact center/agentic AI space.
Track record of identifying and closing net-new opportunities.
Deep understanding of contact center technologies and market dynamics.
Expertise in value-based selling methodologies and outcomes.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise prospecting.
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Prospect greenfield accounts by targeting key lines of business and decision-makers.
Apply value-based selling and MEDDPICC throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Develop ROI-focused solutions addressing customer pain points and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer success.
Deliver executive-level presentations on value and business impact.
