Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
• Call center experience and equipment service experience highly preferred.
• Positive, empathetic attitude with professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating when needed.
• Process orders, modifications, and payments across multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with field service, sales, and clinical teams for best-in-class service.
• Support reporting and data analysis as requested.
• Assist with reception, meeting scheduling, and internal communications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and help improve service processes.
