As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for service excellence. This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities
  1. Answer inbound calls professionally to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues according to client instructions.
  2. Identify customer concerns and offer effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer questions.
  4. Resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  5. Maintain detailed records of calls, actions taken, and follow-up needs.
  6. Ensure confidentiality and privacy during all interactions.
  7. Adhere to quality assurance standards, handling calls courteously and efficiently.
  8. Utilize technical systems, including computers and call center software, to manage customer issues.
  9. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and meet customer needs.
  10. Maintain a reliable internet connection, preferably wired via Ethernet, avoiding cellular data.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Healthcare-related certification
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable internet connection, essential for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Ability to pass a Public Trust Clearance (for government clients)
Compensation Range

$15-$25 per hour, based on experience, location, and other factors.
