Qualifications

• Experience coordinating provider credentialing and onboarding processes.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare with multiple projects.
• 2 years credentialing experience, including government organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; data entry and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of URAC standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor initial credentialing and recredentialing applications.
• Manage provider records and generate queries and reports.
• Ensure compliance with URAC, regulations, and contracts.
• Track expiration of licenses and certifications and renewals.
• Serve as primary contact between clinicians, medical directors, and departments.
• Support Credentialing Committee meetings and recruitment onboarding.
