Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification within 30 days.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Cooking experience or combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements.
• Follows safety regulations and monitors food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage.
• Maintains labeling and storage of food and equipment.
• Performs cleaning duties to ensure sanitation in cooking and serving areas.
