Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and optimize operational performance across the health center network in St. Louis, MO.

You will drive clinical operations, patient access, quality improvement, and administrative functions under the CEO’s direction. You will partner with the executive team to advance strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for underserved populations, while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, MPH, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive healthcare leadership experience; at least five years in senior-level operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Executive Management Team, guiding strategic planning and long-term objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all health center locations and service lines to ensure quality care and patient access.
• Collaborate with C-suite leaders to align clinical, operational, and financial goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
