The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years accounting experience, and 5+ years with supervision; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience required.
• 5+ years in accounting with 1-2 years supervising accountants preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes department functions and assigns responsibilities to ensure timely work.
• Sets productivity goals for the department.
• Encourages open communication within the department and with hospital management.
• Oversees month-end close and internal controls documentation.
• Ensures accurate balance sheet and account reconciliations.
