Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house legal experience in healthcare
• Experience with SaaS, IT, procurement and supply chain contracts
• Strong regulatory knowledge including fraud, HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy laws
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills
• Proactive, multi-priority management in fast-paced environment
• Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of healthcare contracts (SaaS, IT, procurement).
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, supply chain and business development teams.
• Develop and implement best practices for contract management and risk mitigation.
• Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide risk assessment guidance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments impacting the business.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contracts and compliance.
