The position requires an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) with 3+ years in contract administration, and strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and document

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, strong work ethics, and high confidentiality.
• Detail oriented and organized; able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of Contract Administration experience.
• High proficiency in document management and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the approval process of contract documents from pre-contract through post-signatures.
• Manage various contracts per policy and laws; maintain status reports and files.
• Collaborate with department managers, legal, executives and vendors to process and renew contracts.
• Maintain and update a Contract Log with contract status.
• Help implement new processes and systems to improve productivity in contract administration.
• Ensure contracts are reviewed annually to comply with accreditation requirements.
• Work with IT to create, maintain, and update an electronic contract database.
