Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional letter and email composition.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to manage spreadsheets and generate reports.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers, phones, fax, and copiers.
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate new contracts and re-negotiate existing contracts within established deadlines.
• Terminate contracts as necessary following proper procedures.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date spreadsheets tracking contracts across all clients.
• Review contract terms thoroughly and collaborate with insurance carriers and providers to finalize details.
• Generate and analyze data reports to support rate determination for contract negotiations.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with internal and external stakeholders via letters, emails, and phone.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws during contract negotiations.
• Assist with special projects or administrative tasks related to contracts as assigned.
• Utilize office equipment and software effectively to support daily tasks.
