CVS Health is seeking a Contract Manager to serve as the subject matter expert in contracting initiatives and data audits to enhance provider networks while meeting accessibility, quality, and financial goals. This role reviews, builds and audits complex contracts and collaborates on negotiations with providers.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour week and a comprehensive benefits package. West Coast candidates are preferred for this role, and compensation includes potential incentives

Qualificações

• 5+ years in healthcare industry with contracting, compliance, and regulatory understanding.
• 3+ years in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles with contract management skills.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts; handle dispute resolution and settlement negotiations with solo, small group, or local providers.
• Manage contract performance to support network quality, availability, and financial goals.
• Recruit providers to ensure network expansion and adequacy targets.
• Collaborate on provider compensation, pricing development, and reimbursement modeling; review reports for negotiations.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and settlement activities.
• Provide network development and maintenance strategies for cross-market network management.
• Assist with design, development, and implementation of strategic network configurations.
• Ensure provider needs are met through optimized interactions with providers and internal partners.
• Resolve escalated issues related to claims payment, contract interpretation, or data accuracy.
