CVS Health is seeking an experienced Contracts professional to lead negotiation, execution, review and performance analysis of provider contracts. You will drive dispute resolution, optimize accessibility and quality, and ensure alignment with financial goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with network teams, cost-reduction initiatives, and advanced experience with ACAS/HRP platforms. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a full-time commitment and substantial weekly hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of provider contracting, claims management, or patient management experience.
• 5+ experience working with/or in a Claims environment
• 5+ experience that includes ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products, and benefits; patient management, provider relations, or claims management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians/providers and local network teams.
• Establish programs and initiatives for Contract Negotiations.
• Forecast industry changes and perform business impact assessments to guide strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for provider compensation and reimbursement modeling.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support settlement activities.
• Assist in network development and refinement across markets.
• Mentor junior colleagues in processes and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
