Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• US work authorization required.

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Consulting Associate - Pharmacy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will support healthcare consulting engagements with a focus on pharmacy-related operations, helping clients improve workflows, access, and overall service delivery. The associate will partner closely with project teams and client stakeholders to analyze current-state processes, develop practical recommendations, and contribute to implementation efforts. This position also involves presenting findings to leadership and supporting junior team members in delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $135,000 annually
