Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for a Healthcare OSHPD 1 build in Riverside, CA. The role oversees all phases of the project to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery, with a focus on OSHPD compliance and healthcare standards.

The candidate will manage ground-up and remodel projects, coordinate with architects and engineers, and lead a diverse on-site team. A robust benefits package and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience in healthcare construction.
• Experience with hospital remodels, TI, and ground-up projects.
• Strong OSHPD compliance knowledge and ability to enforce guidelines.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to closure.
• Ensuring OSHPD compliance at all stages of construction.
• Supervising construction to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinating on-site activities with subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Managing remodels, renovations, TI, and ground-up healthcare projects.
• Liaising with architects, engineers, and other specialists to resolve issues.
• Preparing progress reports and highlighting delays with solutions.
• Ensuring infection prevention measures during construction.
