Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead ground-up healthcare construction projects. The role requires overseeing framing, finishes and coordination across PMs, architects, and engineers to ensure top quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction, healthcare focus preferred.
• Experience with ground-up, commercial finishes and framing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and policies.
• Preference for a construction/engineering degree and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers and trades to meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage schedules and budgets to deliver on time and within scope.
• Lead construction teams and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Perform regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
