You will work with the Project Manager, owner, and design team to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating trade contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCad.
• Experience driving safety initiatives and OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong understanding of building plans, specifications, and life cycle costing.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities and site safety.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production units.
• Coordinate with trade contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Prepare safety plans and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate during pre-construction and planning phases.
