Job summary

CORE is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for healthcare projects in Scottsdale, AZ. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls while coordinating with trade partners and clients in active hospital environments.

Requirements include 10+ years in construction with 5+ years in supervision, healthcare project experience, and CHC/ICRA certifications. Travel within Arizona and occupancy considerations are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC) certification.
• Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification.
• Experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects ($10M+).
• Experience coordinating in active hospital campuses or phased renovations.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA compliance.
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of deficiencies.
• Maintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordination.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in occupied facilities.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals.
• Prepare daily field reports and weekly schedule updates.
• Ensure CORE safety, quality, schedule, and cost best practices.
