The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of field leadership experience, particularly in healthcare settings, and must be adept at managing subcontractors, compliance, and safety standards in active facilities. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Proven healthcare construction experience (hospital, clinic, medical office, or surgical center projects).
• Strong knowledge of AHCA, ICRA, and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead full field execution of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trade sequencing.
• Drive schedule performance, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, and hospital stakeholders.
