Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare Construction in Utah. The role oversees healthcare facilities projects (MOBs, imaging centers, ORs, ERs) from ground-up to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Excellent leadership and communication are essential. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of healthcare construction experience, a degree in construction management or related field, and a track record of managing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction, healthcare-focused.
• Experience managing MOBs, imaging centers, ORs and ERs.
• Ground-up construction and project management experience.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from planning to field direction.
• Manage MOBs, imaging centers, exam rooms, ORs, ERs, and other facilities.
• Lead ground-up construction projects on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with project management to meet client expectations.
• Implement safety measures and ensure site safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure codes and specs compliance.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation for cost efficiency.
• Resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
