Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent with healthcare or life science experience to join a respected Boston-area GC. You will provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site and lead on-site activities with self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 3–10+ years as a Superintendent, comes from a GC background, and is proficient with Procore and OSHA training.

Qualifications

• Large-scale healthcare or life science project experience.
• 3–10+ years as a Superintendent.
• Coming from a General Contractor background.
• Procore, OSHA 10, OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Providing overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site.
• Managing all on-site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Administration of the jobsite safety program and quality management.
• Overall schedule coordination and supervision.
