Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with significant healthcare project experience required.
• Proven success managing hospital, medical office, surgical center, or healthcare renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, phased renovations, and occupied facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with project values ranging from renovations to large-scale ground-up facilities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, infection control protocols, life safety requirements, and AHCA/FGI guidelines.
