Job summary

JAX Project Management, INC. in Roseville, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support healthcare construction projects from planning through closeout.

You will manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams to uphold client and company standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Project Executives to maintain records, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support within construction or engineering (healthcare preferred).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management and document control tools (Autodesk, Bluebeam, Primavera, MS Project).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality and client service.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare projects across all phases, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Manage document control, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate project records using industry-standard tools and systems.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
• Support procurement and contracting processes, including bid tracking and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Assist with quality, safety, and healthcare compliance documentation (HCAI/OSHPD, CMS, TJC, NFPA).
• Support project closeout activities, including O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, and final deliverables.
