• 8+ years of experience with office management tools and reporting tools like Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking across project partners.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and contract values under senior managers.
• Provide project coordination across partners and project phases on site.
• Support site coordination and administrative documentation (RFIs, submittals, pay apps).
• Manage project management information systems as required by the client.
