Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager in California to lead seismic upgrade design and construction. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget and cash flow for a portfolio, coordinating with National Real Estate Services, hospital leaders and external stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with minimal operational impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or closely related field, or 5+ years in healthcare PM in lieu.
Healthcare capital projects experience in California.
Hands-on budgeting, financial controls, and reporting for construction projects.
Proven delivery of hospital renovations, expansions or new construction.

Responsibilities

Lead the project delivery process for design and construction within the portfolio.
Define scope, schedule, budget and cash flow; maintain objectives through all phases.
Drive performance to meet timelines and budget while minimizing disruption to hospital operations.
Provide monthly status reports and present to leadership.
