Job summary

Batska Consulting Group seeks a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive direction, completion, and financial success of projects while managing relationships with owners and subcontractors.

This role requires extensive engineering systems knowledge, strong leadership and organizational skills, and proficiency in critical PM processes and tools. Healthcare, higher education, and public institutions are among the key sectors served in the tristate area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–7 years of construction industry experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project direction, completion, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with owners and subcontractors to align on scope and delivery.
• Lead design and construction coordination between teams.
• Forecast costs, manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Maintain positive client relationships and provide regular progress reporting.
