Job summary

Batska Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the direction, execution, and financial success of projects in Healthcare, Higher Education, and public institutions. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and client service skills, with proficiency in project controls tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.

You will oversee contracts, design coordination, and stakeholder communications from initiation to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5-7 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate design and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong client relationships and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
