STV currently has an opening for a Healthcare Project Manager in the Construction Management group in Virginia.

Our PM/CM Division provides comprehensive services including program advisory, project management, project controls, owner's representation, and construction management as an agent. Our portfolio covers sectors such as healthcare, bioscience, public works, research, commercial, industrial, educational, judicial, institutional, transportation, and aviation.
We are seeking Healthcare Project Managers in Virginia with recent healthcare experience, particularly in managing capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations, and additions for healthcare facilities. The role involves managing Capital Program Management/Owner's Representative assignments, representing owner interests, and leading project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move planning, and closeout. Compensation Range: $128,289.89 - $171,053.19
