Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a Health Services Project Manager to join our team in support of the NC Air National Guard. The NCNG IBHS is driven by a state-wide 24/7/365 toll-free Helpline and serves as the portal of entry for all support services. This portal must be monitored and responded to immediately by Licensed Behavioral Health Psychotherapists on a rotating basis.

This position is remote with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

(include but are not limited to):

• Scheduling psychotherapists to ensure appropriate coverage of the 24-hour hotline, daily operations, and special events such as Yellow Ribbon, deployment and redeployment, Commander and 1SG Course, Family Programs events, Victim Advocate, Causality, Unit Risk Inventories, and Military Funeral Honors training.
• Liaison with the HIPAA-compliant answering service to ensure their 24/7 calendar syncs with the IBHS calendar.
• Oversee IBHS Health & Wellness Advocates to ensure proper crisis intervention, psychological assessment, treatment, psychotherapy, and additional modalities, including educational, vocational, and rehabilitative counseling.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Education/License:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business/Business Administration
• Experience:
• 1-year post-graduate experience in behavioral health program management (preferred)
• 1-year post-graduate experience working with community agencies and military personnel (preferred)
