Job summary

HonorHealth’s Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to oversee repair, replacement and renovation of facilities. You will coordinate with vendors, architects, engineers and internal teams to develop scopes, timelines and budgets for both in-house and outside contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3 years of PM experience and 5 years in construction PM. PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience is required.
• 3 years of related project management experience in diverse and integrated environments is required.
• 5 years of construction project management experience is preferred.
• Non Clinical PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize project functions and personnel to ensure effective development and monitor progress.
• Develop master schedules and determine project priorities based on staffing and supply needs.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets and value schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Develop purchase orders for materials and support supply chain with vendors.
• Ensure approvals are obtained and as-built drawings filed upon completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience

3 years of related project management experience

5 years of construction project management experience

PMP or Project Management Certification
