Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to lead assigned construction and renovation projects from planning through closeout. You will ensure on-schedule delivery, budget adherence and safety compliance while liaising with end users, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (PMP preferred) with 2+ years of PM experience in construction; higher experience with a HS diploma is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute.
• Two years of construction/renovation project management with a degree.
• Six years of PM experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate properties to identify risks and facility limitations.
• Develop scopes, budgets and schedules for projects.
• Coordinate on-site construction phases and safety.
• Administer contracts, vendor agreements and change orders.
• Prepare final project closeout reports and lessons learned.
