Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3–6 years of construction industry experience, preferred in healthcare projects.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert understanding of construction drawings and documentation.
• Interpret construction plans, technical specs, and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and delivery methods.
• Oversee prime/subcontracts and vendor agreements to protect company interests.
• Manage design process and coordinate between design and construction teams.
• Lead a small to mid-sized team and guide project execution.
• Forecast costs, manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Develop bid packages and procure proposals per client policies.
• Act as primary client contact and provide progress reports.
• Identify risks and craft mitigation strategies across lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings and coordination with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain feasible phasing and project schedules.
