Job summary

Batska Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex projects in healthcare, education, and public sectors across the tristate area. You will own scope, schedule, budgets, and relationships with owners and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of construction experience, a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–7 years of construction industry experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead coordination between design, construction, and clients.
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Develop bid packages and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate progress reporting with owners and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead a small to mid-sized project team.
