Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction projects from preconstruction through completion, turnover, and closeout.
• Develop understanding of project contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and owner requirements.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field leadership to support project execution.
• Establish project priorities, milestones, and objectives.
• Monitor progress against schedules and address delays or conflicts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and design professionals.
• Lead and participate in owner, architect, contractor, subcontractor, and internal meetings.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions with project leadership.
• Support project turnover, punch-list, and owner acceptance.
• Manage construction activities in healthcare/clinical environments and minimize disruption to operations.
• Coordinate phasing to protect ongoing facility operations and patient care.
• Work with healthcare owners and design teams to understand operational requirements.
• Support infection-control, life-safety, and safety compliance on projects.
• Coordinate shutdowns, tie-ins, and utility interruptions safely.
• Understand separation between construction and occupied spaces.
• Coordinate complex healthcare MEP and specialty systems as needed.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover for healthcare projects.
