Job summary

WCL Group, a nationwide construction leader, seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead Idaho projects and potentially the Mountain West region. You will oversee financial, technical, operational, and client-service success across multiple healthcare facilities, from planning through turnover.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and subcontracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring patient safety and facility continuity in occupied environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, including 3 years healthcare projects.
• Experience managing construction within occupied/operational healthcare facilities.
• Experience handling multiple small-to-mid-sized projects (renovations, TI, additions, expansions, and/or new construction).
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, healthcare MEP and systems, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, change management, commissioning, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and cost reporting; manage subcontracts and procurement.
• Coordinate with project partners and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Mentor project team members and align with Owner expectations.
