Job summary

Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to lead planning and execution of occupied hospital renovations, MOBs, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities in Florida. You will coordinate with owners, architects, clinicians, and field teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, infection control, and phased construction, plus oversight of budgets,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred (hospitals, medical office buildings, surgical centers).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of healthcare construction projects (occupied facilities).
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, hospital leadership, and field teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and risk throughout all phases.
