Job summary

Murray Company is seeking a Construction Project Engineer Intern to join our team in Missouri. You will gain hands-on experience on healthcare construction projects, supporting project managers, superintendents, and coordinators from site visits to documentation tracking.

Internship runs May–August 2027 with mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, safety checks, and opportunities for professional development and future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willing to learn, ask questions, and contribute meaningfully
• Ability to work independently while still contributing and collaborating in a team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on-site
• Valid Driver’s License and Satisfactory Driving Record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Commitment from May – August (Summer 2027)

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers, pre-construction managers, superintendents, project coordinators, warehouse managers while learning how real-world decisions share the outcomes
• Participate in site visits and safety checks under supervision.
• Assist with documentation tracking and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate on a cross-functional project with interns and leaders across departments.
• Participate in company initiatives, committees, and continuing education
